Tristan is an admitted lawyer to the Supreme Courts of South Australia and New South Wales. After initially completing a Bachelor of Science (Adelaide University) in 2001, Tristan then completed a Bachelor of Laws (QUT) in 2004 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (College of Law) in 2005. Tristan specialises in litigation and dispute resolution representing clients in the Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court of South Australia. Tristan has conducted several large commercial disputes involving breaches of corporations, contract and property law. Tristan also represents smaller clients in relation to private disputes to help achieve practical and favourable results. |
