Many people think that when someone walks into your shop or office, you have to make a "sale" right then or the opportunity is lost. However, this is not correct. The most difficult and expensive part of sales and marketing is actually getting in front of a client (irrespective of whether a sale is made).

 

Swiftmessages allows you to create a "bond" with those people who come to you. It does not matter if they buy your products or services initially. By sending out your own personal emails or electronic newsletters you establish brand recognition with them (ie your business name). Let's say that you are a dentist. Your prospective client might frequent another dentist, but because you are in their mind (due to your regular newsletters), they might want to see you the next time they need a dentist. Alternatively, they might not be able to get an appointment with their regular dentist, or their regular dentist might retire or move (even die).

Perhaps your prospective client does not have a dentist. Next time they want a dentist - they will remember you when they want to book an appointment - and they look up your number (from your newsletter or your website.)
