We can supply you with an "autoresponder" account which enable you do do this. Essentially this will cost you between $20 to $80 per month and this will depend on the number of people on your data base, the number of data bases that you have (e.g. you might have a list of people who are clients who are very interested in your newsletter information and who you know are likely to buy more products from you again and also a list of people who are cold contacts who might buy products if you can slowly "warm" them to liking you and your business philosophy and product range). The cost will also depend on the number of newsletters you send per week. Once you have a database (you can start with one name and add to the list as you go), and you have written some emails and electronic newsletters and you have set up your autoresponder, then we can start sending out your messages on a regular time sequence (that you decide in advance). We recommend that you start small and work up. So we suggest that you might start with a basic system that will send out automatic messages to 2 data bases (hot and cold list) every month. As well, you can send out a "one off" broadcast when you need to (e.g. to advertise a special seminar or special sale event). Once you have all these things (list of names and addresses, newsletters, autoresponder) and you are ready to send out your information, you can also consider a "cross sell" inclusion into you newsletters.
