Current Projects/Processes

* Growing church through Missional Comunities - through the development of a cilture of discipleship formation and church planting, we see the development of the Church along the two pathways - (1)being a centralized church based at 1 Richens Street, and (2)see the emergence of missional commumities being church scattered through the community.

* Community connections and partnerships - local and global (eg:Interserve, UIM, Frontier Services, Bluecare, Redcliffe Area Youth Space, Redcliffe Neighbourhood Centre, Developing Lives (Counselling and Support Centre), Dept of Childrens Safety, Local Primary and High Schools, Maryhaven, Woody Point)

* Groups are emerging that have a particular heart-burst for particular groups within our community - with our church, in its resources and structures enabling the development of these groups (eg: Young Adults, Seniors, Miala Court) Some of these groups will be teams, some will be projects groups, others will become faith communities that will develop a "connected" life of their own. These will not be limited to just Redcliffe (eg: Overseas, such as the Nikles', Sheehan's).
