Unilevel Bonuses
Bronze Level
This is the level a new distributor immediately has when they register. There is no volume requirement and the Bronze distributor gets paid.
o 12% on monthly product volume of their first level (front line) distributors (i.e. those personally sponsored by the distributor) and
o 6% on the monthly product volume of their second level distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their front line)
Everyone who joins is at this level.
Silver Level
This level is obtained once a distributor has
o sponsored 2 or more people (called "legs") AND
o each leg has a minimum monthly volume of 25,000 INR AND
o the group volume (all the people in the distributor's downline) totals a minimum of 60,000 INR for the same month as qualification
At this level, monthly bonuses are paid
o 12% on monthly volumes of all their first level (front line) distributors and
o 6% on all the monthly volumes of their second level distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their front line) and
o 4% on all the monthly product volume of all their third level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their second level distributors)
This level is relatively easy to achieve and rewards distributors well and early in their careers.
Gold Level
This level is obtained once a distributor has
o sponsored 3 or more people (called "legs") AND
o each leg has a minimum monthly volume of 35,000 INR AND
o the group volume (all the people in the distributor's downline) totals a minimum of 2.4 Lacs for the same month as qualification
At this level, monthly bonuses are paid
o 12% on monthly volumes of all their first level (front line) distributors and
o 6% on all the monthly volumes of their second level distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their front line) and
o 4% on all the monthly product volume of all their third level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their second level distributors) and
o 3% on all the monthly product volume of all their forth level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their third level distributors)
This level is a relatively easy leadership level to achieve, yet the rewards start to become considerable.
Emerald Level
This level is obtained once a distributor has
o sponsored 4 or more people (called "legs") AND
o each leg has a minimum monthly volume of 45,000 INR AND
o the group volume (all the people in the distributor's downline) totals a minimum of 4 Lacs for the same month as qualification.
At this level, monthly bonuses are paid
o 12% on monthly volumes of all their first level (front line) distributors and
o 6% on all the monthly volumes of their second level distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their front line) and
o 4% on all the monthly product volume of all their third level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their second level distributors) and
o 3% on all the monthly product volume of all their forth level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their third level distributors)
o 5% on all the monthly product volume of all their fifth level of distributors (note at this level the percentage increases over the percentages paid on the middle levels)
o The distributor becomes eligible for a Car or House Bonus (if they fulfill the requirements)
o They become eligible for pooled bonuses
This level of leadership provides great rewards for a reasonable amount of effort and time input.
Diamond Level
This level is obtained once a distributor has
o sponsored 5 or more people (called "legs") AND
o each leg has a minimum monthly volume of 80,000 INR AND
o the group volume (all the people in the distributor's downline) totals a minimum of 20 Lacs for the same month as qualification.
At this level, monthly bonuses are paid
o 12% on monthly volumes of all their first level (front line) distributors and
o 6% on all the monthly volumes of their second level distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their front line) and
o 4% on all the monthly product volume of all their third level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their second level distributors) and
o 3% on all the monthly product volume of all their forth level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their third level distributors).
o 5% on all the monthly product volume of all their fifth level of distributors (note at this level the percentage increases over the percentages paid on the middle levels)
o 7% on all the monthly product volume of all their sixth level of distributors (note at this level the percentage increases even more over the percentages paid on the middle levels)
o The distributor is eligible for a Car or House Bonus (if they fulfill the requirements)
o They become eligible for pooled bonuses
This is the start of the major leadership levels and starts to provide fantastic rewards for Distributors who are serious about building a large business.
Executive Diamond Level
This level is obtained once a distributor has
o sponsored 6 or more people (called "legs") AND
o each leg has a minimum monthly volume of 80,000 INR AND
o the group volume (all the people in the distributor's downline) totals a minimum of 30 Lacs for the same month as qualification.
At this level, monthly bonuses are paid
o 12% on monthly volumes of all their first level (front line) distributors and
o 6% on all the monthly volumes of their second level distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their front line) and
o 4% on all the monthly product volume of all their third level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their second level distributors) and
o 3% on all the monthly product volume of all their forth level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their third level distributors).
o 5% on all the monthly product volume of all their fifth level of distributors (note at this level the percentage increases over the percentages paid on the middle levels)
o 7% on all the monthly product volume of all their sixth level of distributors (note at this level the percentage increases even more over the percentages paid on the middle levels)
o The distributor is eligible for a Car or House Bonus (if they fulfill the requirements)
o They become eligible for pooled bonuses
This is a major leadership level and provides fantastic rewards for Distributors who are proven business builders.
Super Diamond Level
This level is obtained once a distributor has
o sponsored 7 or more people (called "legs") AND
o each leg has a minimum monthly volume of 80,000 INR AND
o the group volume (all the people in the distributor's downline) totals a minimum of 40 Lacs for the same month as qualification.
At this level, monthly bonuses are paid
o 12% on monthly volumes of all their first level (front line) distributors and
o 6% on all the monthly volumes of their second level distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their front line) and
o 4% on all the monthly product volume of all their third level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their second level distributors) and
o 3% on all the monthly product volume of all their forth level of distributors (i.e. those sponsored by their third level distributors).
o 5% on all the monthly product volume of all their fifth level of distributors (note at this level the percentage increases over the percentages paid on the middle levels)

This is the highest leadership level and can provide enormous income for Distributors who are proven leaders.
