The Objectives
Dr Dale Gerke – has been involved in the MLM industry for over 20 years. He has been in companies which did not pay distributors very well and he has also been associated with Neways International which pays distributors exceptionally well.
His experience in the industry led him to write two books about MLM. One is a training book called, "You Can Get Rich ... Starting Now". With all his experience, Dr Dale realised that most Marketing Plans fail to adequately serve the distributors involved.
Neways India therefore devised a Compensation Plan that was generous and fair to distributors. The aim of this plan was to satisfy many objectives.
· It must be simple and easily understood, particularly in India where there are so many different languages spoken. The plan needs to be simple enough to explain to others, even if there are some communication problems. · It must pay generously to new distributors who are working hard and selling products and sponsoring people. This compensation should come early in a distributor's career. · It must encourage people to find and sponsor new people. · It must encourage people to help and train their downline and to "build depth". · It must be a long term plan that allows distributors to "back off" when they have set up a successful distribution business. · It must encourage leaders (even cross line) to work with one another as a team, but at the same time allow flexibility and autonomy to leaders who want to "do their own thing". · It must pay the highest possible commissions to all distributors. This has to be about 50% (in total) of the distributor wholesale cost of products. · It must pay all distributors (who are working their business) a fair reward for the reasonable amount of work they did. · It must pay successful leaders very large amounts of money. · It must excite people with additional rewards that are extraordinary. · It must be benevolent to the poor by returning some money to charity. · It must support the Indian community and "give back" to India where the commissions are being generated.
Clearly this is a very comprehensive list of objectives that all other MLM companies fail to deliver on.
