Basics of the Compensation Plan

 

 

The Maximum Retail Price will be approximately 25% above the Distributor Cost of Products.

 

There will be no Points Value (PV) paid on the retail mark up. This mark up is to be charged by the distributor and is at their discretion as to how much they charge (but never more than the MRP). This retail profit is for the distributor to keep.

 

Registration will be free BUT there will be a requirement that the distributor buys a minimum of 4000 INR of products for the first order. People will not be registered unless there is an initial order placed.

 

PV: INR is 1:1. To the best of our knowledge Neways India is the only company with a 1:1 ratio.

 

Our Unilevel plan does not pay a bonus on personal orders BUT there is a retail pooled bonus which distributors can be involved with if they meet the required criteria. The objective of this particular bonus is to encourage and reward distributors for retail sales. It provides quick cash flow for new distributors.

 

In order to get a monthly bonus, a distributor must personally purchase 4000 INR of products in that month. If this does not happen, then the distributors will NOT lose their downline, but they will not get a bonus that month. This respective requirement could be considered as a minimum activity level for each active distributor.

 

The shared pooled leadership bonuses, means that leaders are rewarded if they help other leaders ("crossline") to build a business because as the volume increases in each leaders business, so the pool amount increases. This is particularly important in the initial stages of this business because different regional leaders are expected to help the "orphan" downlines of leaders from other regions. This benevolence will be reciprocated by other leaders around the country. We follow the motto: "United we stand, divided we fall".

 

Neways India anticipates that distributors who earn a bonus will get approximately 10% of the product volume flow (per month) on the pay range of their downline.

 

Distributors must renew each year (12 months after first registration). In order to be renewed (renewal registration is free) a distributor must have placed an order at some time in the preceding 9 months period.

 

Neways India encourages new distributors to sponsor 15 to 20 wide during their first 12 months of involvement. The company will teach distributors how to build to 20-30 in depth.

 

There are multiple pooled bonuses. As a leader qualifies at a higher level, they share additional pools. These additional pools are a higher percentage of total monthly company product volume so there is more money in the pool. However there will also be fewer leaders qualifying at the higher levels so the greater pool of money will be shared between less people. As such the higher level leaders can expect to be paid ever increasing bonuses. However these bonuses are paid monthly and depend on the level achieved in each respective month. Thus it is necessary for leaders to maintain their highest level of qualification. Since the requirement levels for the higher levels are generally less than other companies, it is relatively easy to re-qualify consistently.
