As a consequence of the company paying such high bonuses Neways India will not make much profit. It is therefore obvious that there are no excess profits to be spent on "extras". As such the company expects all distributors to provide their own facilities for their distributor downlines. Neways India will provide free training and marketing programs for all distributors, however extra training and marketing (if desired) should be provided by senior distributors. The company will not tolerate any profiteering by distributors with regards to selling training and marketing tools and seminars. We expect distributors to make their profits and income from selling our products, not by making profits by selling training and marketing tools.
It is obvious that the company has fixed costs such as: o Product costs o Freight costs o Customs duty, other levies and taxes o Operating costs o Running costs o Commissions
With all these in mind, you will understand and appreciate that our products will be "top end" cost and quality. Neways India has focused on the best NOT the cheapest products. While the company understands that the Indian market is very "price sensitive", the fact remains that Neways India distributes some of the best products made in the world. While they are not the cheapest, they do represent the best value available in India.
If distributors are concerned about the cost of the products, it must be realised that all our costs mentioned above are fixed except for one. The company is able to vary the commissions paid to distributors. If the payments to distributors are reduced, then the company can reduce the cost of the products. Having explained this, the company assures you that the commissions will not be reduced. The reason is this. Dr Dale Gerke has observed the MLM industry for over 20 years. His opinion of the industry is that the majority of times, companies abuse their privilege of having distributors involved with them. Generally they neglect to pay their distributors a fair reward for the tremendous effort they put in. Our company will not tolerate this. Our company wants and expects all our distributors to be paid fairly, properly and well for the work they do. If this means higher priced products then we will accept this because it is not proper that distributors are underpaid for the sake of cheaper products. Distributors are a necessity for us to succeed and we will care for them. It is part of our mission to help and care for the community but most of all, care for our distributors.
Help for those who need assistance We are very aware that our company represents a chance for all Indians to change their life by offering them an opportunity to make more money. We want to help all we can.
Most of those who want to join us and who cannot find the 4000 INR to buy the initial product order ask us for help by requesting we give them a job or give them products to sell.
Neways India will NOT do this.
The whole theme of MLM is to pay for products in advance and in doing this, the traditional overheads imposed on the company and franchisees are reduced. MLM companies do NOT offer jobs to people but they offer a very low cost franchise. This is the only way the company can operate. Neways India is not in a position to make loans, pay high numbers of wages or to provide free products to people. Doing this simply cannot work and the company would be bankrupt in a very short time if this is done.
