Company Philosophy

Neways Products India Private Limited has a different philosophy to most other companies in India.

This is obvious by our desire to help people generate more income and also to provide products to the community that are beneficial.

However we also feel that spending money on lavish and expensive offices is not justified. One reason for this is that we feel this type of extravagance is very superficial and more often done when companies want to impress through looks not action.

We take the opposite view. We know that it is what we do that is important. We provide fantastic products and we also pay higher commissions to distributors that almost every (perhaps all) other companies.

We feel that our members would rather have more money paid to them in preference to having glitzy offices that provide no more service than our modest office in Mumbai.

Most important is our philosophy to put our distributors first (above all other issues). We know from experience that unless distributors are happy and well paid, then distributors will not perform to maximum potential and they are not likely to be happy or loyal to us. Since we are in this for the long term (this is intended to be a family business for generations) not for a short term gain, we want our distributors to stay with us forever. We know this will not happen unless our products are fantastic and we pay them well.

To emphasise this point, we do not expect to generate a company profit for several years. In fact we expect to lose a considerable amount of money for the first three years. This is our commitment to our distributors - to put them first above all else.

This is one of the reasons our motto is to care for our distributors and well as caring for the community and the world.
