Neways Products India is headed by two very successful and experienced professionals.
Eric has a vast experience of over 25 years in the Indian market. He has held executive positions with a number of multi-national companies and has extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development and International Trade. His experience ranges across varied fields such as Office Equipments, Specialty Chemicals, Offshore Finance, Petroleum, Auto LPG & CNG and Automobiles. He was one of the first to import Bulk LPG into India when the Government of India de-canalised the Petroleum Sector and permitted private sector participation in 1993. He has also been instrumental in obtaining Exclusive Marketing Rights for Auto LPG & CNG Kits in India. He has been involved with the setting up of Neways Products India since 2008. Having worked through most of the teething problems, Eric has provided many solutions and has been instrumental in establishing Neways Products India Private Limited as a Private Company in India. Neways Products India is the result of his efforts in collaboration with Dr Dale Gerke from Australia. Eric has a long term commitment to Neways Products India and is a promoter of the company. Dr Dale has been successful in many fields of endevours. Originally he obtained his degree in dentistry, followed by a science degree in oral biology. Several year later he obtained his PhD in Pharmacology as well as starting his long and distinguished involvement in scientific and clinical research (he has numerous scientific publications to his name). After ten years running several successful practices, he completed his specialist degree in Prosthodontics as well as being admitted to the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons as a Fellow in Operative Dentistry and later also as a Member in Prosthodontics. Concurrently to all this, Dr Dale has been very successful in running many business ventures. Some of these have been involved with multi-level franchising and he has been a Direct distributor in Amway, a Platinum in Jewelway, and, more recently, over the last fifteen years a Double, Crystal Diamond in Neways International (Australia). Dr Dale has created his own marketing and training system Success Alliance to help his distributors become successful. Success Alliance has been operating in Australia for many years and the concept has been an outstanding success. Dr Dale has run this business for no profit and the whole system is provided to his group "at cost". Dr Dale has worked at establishing Neways in India for over three years and subsequently in association with Eric Pereira he was successful in setting up Neways Products India. He has visited 8 major Indian cities in early 2009 during his introductory orientation tour. Dr Dale is also a promoter of the company.
