Formsentry - Since we are no longer charging an administration fee, you will need to provide a stamped self adressed envelope if you would like the draw posted to you. Alternatively you can get the draw off the web site for nothing. membership - the membership year is from Jan 1st to Dec 31st. Once you have filled in your membership form you will need to complete a waiver form and send that as well as that is a requirement of the AON insurance company. You only need to fill in the waiver once a year, when you renew your membership, as it is valid for 12 months. waiver form
